(Scope of application)

Article 1

1 Accommodation contracts concluded with the hotel by the hotel and contracts related thereto shall be in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, and matters not stipulated in this agreement shall be governed by laws or ordinances established in general It is based on custom.

2 In the event that the hotel responds to the special contract to the extent not contrary to laws and customs, regardless of the provision of the preceding paragraph, that special contract shall prevail.

(Application for Accommodation Contract)

Article 2

1 A person who wishes to apply for a hotel accommodation contract with the hotel shall offer the following information to the hotel.

⑴ Guest name

⑵ Accommodation date and expected arrival time

⑶ Accommodation Charges (As a rule, depending on basic accommodation fee in Appended Table 1)

2 In the event that a guest has requested to continue staying beyond the staying date of item 2 of the preceding paragraph during the stay, the hotel will be requested to apply for a new accommodation contract at the time of the offer Process as.

(At the time the accommodation contract is established)

Article 3

1 The accommodation agreement shall be concluded when the hotel accepts the application under the preceding article. However, this does not apply when we prove that our hotel did not accept.

2 When the accommodation contract is concluded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, payment fee determined by the hotel limited to the basic accommodation fee for the staying period shall be paid by the time of check-in. We will charge a basic accommodation fee each time we stay.

(Special agreement not to pay application fee)

Article 4

Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2 of the preceding article, the hotel may respond to a special agreement that does not require payment of the deposit under the same paragraph after the contract is established.

Article 5

The hotel may not respond to the conclusion of accommodation contract in the following cases.

⑴ When the application for accommodation does not comply with this agreement.

⑵ When there is not room in the room due to full occupancy.

⑶ When it is recognized that a person who intends to stay has the possibility of acting contrary to laws and regulations, public order or good manners and customs concerning accommodation.

⑷ When a person who intends to stay is clearly recognized as an infectious person.

⑸ When a burden beyond a reasonable range is requested for accommodation.

⑹ When you can not accommodate due to natural calamity, breakdown of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons.

⑺ When a person who intends to stay loses trouble to other guests due to drunkenness, or when acts that significantly disturb other customers.

(Right to cancel contract by guest)

Article 6

⑴ Guests can cancel the accommodation contract by offering to the hotel.

⑵ If the hotel cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the responsibility (When the hotel specifies the payment due date of the application pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, paragraph 2 (Excluding the case where the customer requested payment and the guest canceled the accommodation contract prior to the payment) shall pay a penalty fee pursuant to the schedule listed in Appended Table 2. (Right to cancel the contract of our hotel)

Article 7

1 In the following cases, the hotel may cancel the accommodation contract.

⑵ When guests are clearly recognized as being contagious.

⑶ When a burden beyond a reasonable range is requested for accommodation.

⑷ When you can not accommodate due to reasons attributable to force majeure such as natural disasters.

⑸ When a person who intends to stay may cause troubles to other guests due to drunkenness, or when there is a behavior that significantly disturbs other guests.

⑹ When you do not comply with the ban on tobacco in bedrooms, mischief against firefighting equipment, etc. and other prohibitions on usage rules specified by the hotel (limited to those necessary for fire prevention).

⑺ When the hotel cancels the accommodation contract based on the regulations set forth in the preceding paragraph, no charge will be charged for accommodation services etc. that the guest has not yet received.

(Accommodation Registration)

Article 8

1 Guests are required to register the following items at the front desk of the hotel on the day of the staying day.

⑴ Name, age, sex, address and occupation of guests

⑵ For foreigners, nationality, passport number, entry place and entry date

Article 9

Guests must follow the rules of use posted in the hotel as determined by the hotel within the hotel.

3 Even if guests do not stay at their discretion after offering guests to guests and becoming usable, accommodation fee will be charged.

(Our Responsibility)

Article 13

The hotel will indemnify the damages when it fulfills the accommodation contract and the contracts related thereto, or when it causes damage to the guests due to their default. However, this is not the case unless it is due to reasons attributable to the hotel's responsibility.

Article 14

1 When the hotel can not provide guest rooms contracted to guests, we will arrange other accommodation facilities under the same conditions as possible with the consent of the guests as much as possible.

2 If the hotel can not arrange for other accommodations regardless of the regulations set forth in the preceding paragraph, we will pay compensation fee for hotel accommodation fee to the guest, and the compensation fee will be used for damages compensation.
